If an item arrives damaged or the wrong item is received, notify us immediately so that we may work with you to arrange a return, replacement, refund or credit. A refund of 100% of the purchase price will be issued on exchanges if merchandise is returned unused and in its original packaging within 30 days of receipt of the item. A fee of 20% of the purchase price will be charged on non-exchange returns to cover our restocking . Credit card orders will receive a refund in the form of credit to their credit card and check payments will receive a refund check. Please allow at least 14 days from when we receive the returned item to get your credit or refund.
To return an item:
- Call 800-689-0030 or e-mail scooterville2000@yahoo.com to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. All returns MUST HAVE an RA number. Packages returned without an RA number will be refused upon delivery.
- You'll need to provide the following information: your name, phone number, order number and item description.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs to our warehouse unless product is damaged or wrong item is received.

Cancellation Policy:
- We will accept cancellation of your order for items that have not shipped or for items on back order. Once the items have shipped, our 30-Day Return Policy applies.
